### Allgemein

Belege die abgeschlossen sind, werden nicht in die Rückstände übernommen.

Die genaue Logik ist:

1. Beleg darf nicht abgeschlossen sein
2. Position darf nicht abgesagt sein
3. die Liefermenge der Position muss kleiner der beauftragten Menge sein
4. Je nach Einstellung im Backend 
    - Wunschlieferdatum überschritten: Wunschlieferdatum muss in der Vergangenheit liegen
    - Position offen: keine weitere Prüfung
